This is the agenda for the Auckland Blues Club's Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday 11th July at 8.00 pm at The Winchester, 24 St Benedicts St, Auckland.
I. Receive a report and summary of the year’s activities from the President.
II. The Treasurer will present (for discussion and approval) annual accounts.
III. To hold elections to fill any vacancies on the Committee.
There are vancancies on the Auckland Blues Club Committee that can be filled, including the role of Vice-President.
Both the nominee and the seconder MUST be members of the club.
IV. To decide upon any proposal or matter and transact any other business which may be duly submitted to the meeting.
