A New Venue for the Sunday Blues Shows

Sunday Blues Shows

In conjunction with Dean Morris & Steve Tree of Honey Tree Entertainment, the Auckland Blues Club is pleased to announce that there will be a new venue for the Sunday afternoon blues shows from September 12th 2010.

The new venue is Carringtons Café, which is located on the Unitec campus and accessed via Gate 3 on Carrington Road, Pt Chevallier.
It is a fabulous new location and offers more space, a large garden bar area, a family friendly environment and plenty of off street parking.

The September 12th launch sees The Flaming Mudcats on stage with support act Crossfire.
There will be BBQ lunch at 1pm, with the bands kicking things off at 2pm and playing through to 5pm.
Midwest Street Rods will put on a hot rod display; we will also have the finest range of VICTORY motorcycles on show, and there will be some face painting for the kids.

The only way this venue is going to last and be successful is to get as many people aware of this new venue and the launch on September 12th as possible.
Would you please make an effort to to tell everyone who you think maybe be interested, and get them down to the launch to support the new venue and the Auckland Blues Club.

We sincerely thank the Naval and Family's owners, management and staff for the support they have shown the Auckland Live Blues Club and the Auckland Blues Club over the perious years.
The last Sunday Blues Show at The Naval & Family will be held this Sunday at 4pm with The Midnight Blues Band ready to say a fitting farewell our K Road hosts.
